Fix "Anonymous users are not allowed to create devboxes" CodeSandbox error

When opening a codesandbox from some examples', like https://reactflow.dev/examples/grouping/sub-flows, the endpoint https://codesandbox.io/api/v1/sandboxes/define fails with {"error":"Anonymous users are not allowed to create devboxes."}, when the user is not logged into CodeSandbox

This was also reported by @bcakmakoglu when logged in.

Ideally, when clicking on the CodeSandbox button in the code viewer, it should open a read-only version of the sandbox that an user can fork if logged in.

Idea for a fix:

• Do the define call at build time (SSG / Vercel build step / Locally) via an npm script.
• For each example directory, construct the payload that you currently POST to https://codesandbox.io/api/v1/sandboxes/define. See docs https://codesandbox.io/docs/learn/browser-sandboxes/cli-api
• You get back the permanent sandbox_id. Write all those IDs into a JSON manifest, e.g.

• At runtime (or build time via import?) the <RemoteCodeViewer/> when clicking on the CodeSandbox button, it fetches and reads the JSON manifest and links directly to https://codesandbox.io/s/<id>

we can delete it and re-create it via SDK https://codesandbox.io/docs/sdk/delete
