There should be a way to convert an OpenAPI CRD to json without python

I don't want to install python just so I can convert a OpenAPI CRD to json. That's too much overhead.

Static binary can be used as CLI conversion tool, or a k8s controller or CronJob for live schema extraction and, optionally, CRD docs and schema index publishing.
