use marked instead of pagedown

Similar to ipython you could switch from pagedown to marked (https://github.com/chjj/marked) as later supports gfm and tables (which can be processed by pandoc) out of the box.

Would solve a lot of these missing feature "bugs".
Anyway, really nice tool!

Great idea.
If someone wants to do this I would love to advice, but otherwise I don't see this happening in the near future.
