Stuck in 12th step of Loop closure

Hello Sir,
I’m currently stuck at Step 12 of the processing. I referred to earlier issues and accordingly used LiCSBAS2 and set n_para=1, but the process still seems to be stuck, as shown in the attached image.
Kindly advise me on how to resolve this.

The honoroble, When the coherence threshold is set to 0.1, the ascending coherence pixel results are missing or have holes, while the descending ones are not. What do you mean by "the minimum coherence value still read as 0.02"?

If you want to keep the masked pixels that were masked by the average coherence <0.05, you should change the threshold.
