Add support for java.net.http.HttpClient

Hello,

I couldn’t find any implementation in Logbook that supports logging HTTP requests and responses for the java.net.http.HttpClient.
I would like to know if there are any plans to add support for this client in the future.

Hi @pabloxxx, it's in the plans (#2006 had to reopen it, as it got closed due to low activity). If you're interested in contributing, we'd be happy to receive the help with it.
