how to create separate pvc for pg_log?

Currently, the pg_log directory is under /pgdata and we will get an issue if the /pgdata filled due to logs. can we create separate mount for /pg_log? please suggest

If logs are filling up your disk space "you are doing it wrong". It probably means that they contain a lot of noise and it's way harder to find the signals you might be looking for. You can increase log_min_duration_statement from the manifest if your logs contain too many queries slower than 500ms. Or it's an indicator that you should optimize your queries so they are not logged. All queries by human users are logged, too (log_statement: all), so ideally only use the application user.

If you are using logs for audit purposes I would rather look into the various audit extensions of Postgres.

Thanks for the response @FxKu. we would like have pg_log in seperate mount for best practice like how we are doing in VM. Will there be a chance you add this in the next version?
