Stuck At "Downadloing kotlin-lsp", even w/ explicit lsp config

This extension is just stuck at "Downloading kotlin-lsp". It never writes anything to the zed extensions kotlin directory. It doesn't log anything. Not even what it's trying to download. (or its logs go someplace unknown).

Setting an explicit lsp entry to a manually downloaded LSP server has no effect. It never runs.

AFAICT this extension currently does nothing except create an empty "kotlin" directly under extensions.

I wonder if this should work again with kotlin-lsp having released an update that fixes the woes described in #101
Takes at least a minute to download the server for me, but it works again.

If I install zed on a new machine, it works. But on an existing machine, it seems like once the kotlin extension has been installed, removing it and re-installing fails.

Was about to mention I have the same issue, but yea, it did indeed just take quite a while. Wish zed had a better progress indicator here, but that's probably not an extension issue
