Bluetooth initialization stucks on ESP32-DevKitC-Wroom

I made a very minimal app to verify that Bluetooth works on my board (esp32_devkitc_wroom/esp32/procpu)

After the last message application is stuck. Any ideas why and how to fix?

Nevermind, for some reason CONFIG_ESP32_BT_RESERVE_DRAM=0 was added to config (that was not me). That obviously broke whole system.
