ST7789V Display with MIPI DBI SPI

I tried using ST7789V display with MIPI DBI device tree node, but still nothing on display. I tried with display sample (sample/driver/display). Is there something missing in MIPI DBI device tree node?

Changing frequency didn't make a difference. The spi0 references are in the nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpunet-pinctrl.dtsi:
