When building the tests/drivers/memc/ram -T drivers.memc for apard32690 linker warning appears and build fails

DT_N_S_soc_S_memory_20020000_P_zephyr_memory_region_STRING_TOKEN' from app/libapp.a(main.c.obj)' being placed in section DT_N_S_soc_S_memory_20020000_P_zephyr_memory_region_STRING_TOKEN')

This bug makes CI fail for the #90285
