建议增加批量下载的任务数量限制功能 #11

目前程序只有下载线程设置， 如果进行批量下载的话， 最好是有一个功能设置， 可以同时下载的任务数量， 比如可同时下载的任务5个，或者10个， 当然这个是自定义配置。
