Support Rails 6.0.x and higher

I use Rails 6.0.3.4 and it cannot resolved

swagger_ui_engine (~> 1.1, >= 1.1.3) was resolved to 1.1.3, which depends on
      rails (< 6, >= 4.2)

Please update.
