This fixes a bunch of links to docs.2i2c.org after our recent refactor. It also converts all links to use
/folderinstead of/folder.htmlURL structure for 2i2c docs, since that's what we're using now. Some of those links are still broken because they're way old, I didn't have the time to really carefully fix all of them but I think this is an improvement so i'll ship it
