Refactored geoplot.py to improve readability and maintainability:
Added descriptive comments throughout the HTML and Python code
Renamed variables for clarity where appropriate
Organized JavaScript functions into logical sections (color scaling, data processing, entity creation)
Ensured consistent formatting and spacing
No changes to core functionality or output files
This improves developer experience without altering runtime behavior.
