This PR adds inline comments to geoplot.py to improve code readability without altering functionality.
Changes include:
Added class and method docstrings explaining purpose and parameters
Documented complex operations in the data conversion process
Added explanations for the HTML/JavaScript template sections
Clarified coordinate handling and GeoJSON generation logic
Closes #20
