As Tree-sitter Language Pack now includes an Apex grammar, this PR adds first-class support for Salesforce Apex in grep-ast, while preserving LaTeX .cls support. We detect Apex classes by the presence of their metadata files (*.cls-meta.xml) or the .cls inside a class directory.
