Description of the bug

When starting a new instance from the InstanceSelection view, we don't really handle errors:

app-frontend-react/src/features/instantiate/selection/InstanceSelection.tsx

Line 258 in b2db477

instantiate(undefined, currentParty.partyId);

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Use
  "onEntry": {
    "show": "select-instance"
  },

in Application metadata.

  1. Get to instance selection
  2. Make an IInstanceValidator return an issue
  3. Click Start på nytt-button in instance selection
