Update to 2.0.0
This is the first major version change from the 1.x.x to 2.x.x series of ServerFire.
Reasons for this update include added support for asynchronous endpoints, reducing package size, and increasing control over request and response controls, including headers and status codes.
Tests are required to ensure safe content-type inference after the removal of explicit inferencing; explicit inferencing may need to be re-added. Additionally, async endpoints must be tested.
After this is merged, version 2.0.0 will be uploaded to NPM.
