added conversion in the launcher

conversion between lengths(cm and km for example), weight, liquid volume, temperature, currency and time. uses the currencyconvertor package for the currency conversion

you use it the this format: ;value from_type _ to_type
where the value is the amount of the from_type(cm, liters etc) and the from_type and to_type are the types to convert with. the _ is anything the user wants and doesnt matter
