deprecate the old extension

Description

• Deprecated the old extension in Set-AzVMAEMExtension
  • changed the default extension to the new extension.
  • write a warning if customer uses the old extension.
  • deprecated parameters: -EnableWAD, -WADStorageAccountName, -SkipStorage, -InstallNewExtension.
• The API of the cmdlet is not changed yet
