In depth upgrades

Made a lot of in-depth upgrades to the functioning and code design of McSAS3. Main moved items are:

• internal data model is moved away from McData to MoDaCor's more capable ProcessingData/DataBundle/BaseData model
• This now supports units
• Stop signalling is also supported to interrupt the spun off workers
• design documentation is made and now contains a class and method interrelation diagram
• CLI and API is updated
• run index and histogram index are now working
  This is a breaking change: output files are using a different location for saving the ProcessingData bundle.
