implemented the unused MONEY_EARNED_OFFLINE language field + added the possibility to delay the message (in ticks @ config.yml), made few code improvements

I've made some changes to the plugin as well as making some code improvements and implemented the MONEY_EARNED_OFFLINE lang field. Also I've added unregistration of events while plugin is disabling -> no duplicate events if someone reloads the plugin.
