A plugin for Blightmud.
This plugin will prepend mud input lines and output lines with the current
timestamp in the format [hh:mm:ss] <line content>.
It also serves as a demonstration of plugins for Blightmud.
In blightmud run /add_plugin https://github.com/blightmud/blightmud-timestamp
