Fix macOS 26 bugs and server lint

Summary

• Fix macOS 26 AppleScript service fallback handling and webhook UUID behavior.
• Replace invalid root devEngines metadata with standard engines so npm scripts run under current npm.
• Clean up server lint failures, including async Promise executor usage, long lines, boxed String, const usage, duplicate imports, and debug console.log calls.

Validation

• npm run lint in packages/server
• npm run build in packages/server
• npm run build in packages/ui

Note: builds still print the existing stale Browserslist caniuse-lite warning, but compile successfully.
