Which helper class you think should be mentioned in the examples?

In the User Manual we see

using Remeshing_triangulation = CGAL::Tetrahedral_remeshing::Remeshing_triangulation_3<K>;

in most examples without that the text in the User Manual even mentions it.

Concerning my comment that the function and the file name are not the same, @sloriot told me that we have no convention for that.
