Elegent migrated from 7.5.0

Czesc Michal, wait a moment. Elegent has become a standalone project: http://elegent.hepforge.org/ . So the version which was in 7.5.0 is obsolete. Now I can see several options.

• Elegent is not ported at all. Obviously the fastest, but most likely not the best.
• Elegent is included as an external tool to the CMSSW environment. This is the cleanest solution, but I have no idea what needs to be done.
• A static copy of Elegent is integrated in CMSSW code. A compromise solution.
  Let's first decide how to proceed.

Ok, my mistake. I was told to move it to CMSSW. It is here CTPPS/cmssw@e5daf57

I agree that firstly we have to choose the best solution and then I will make changes

@misadows It is not your mistake - you didn't know all the details. Quickly discussing with Valentina, we think we should keep Elegent external from CMSSW. This is the typical case for event generators. What is then added to CMSSW is an interface to the generator.

Are you one of the students coming to CERN in few days? If yes, we can discuss here - it would be much easier.
