There are two bugs I am reporting but both can be encountered in the Whateley family questline once arriving at the family bunker. The first bug is the Whateley family Mi-Go turrets are able to be deactivated by the player by default, no scrambler grenade or other methods required. The second bug was found after I finished the Whateley questline and got the Inactive Frankenstein item, I returned to my base with it and used it to spawn an NPC which did not consume the item. I was able to use it multiple times and when I debug spawned in another one to see if it was an issue with the quest reward specifically it had the same behavior. I assume both of these are unintended and unwanted oversights.
For the Frankenstein simply activate the item while holding it in your hands. For the turrets you would probably need to find another instance of the Morgue to activate another family location after going down the questline.
Expected behavior
I expected the turrets to be neutral like all NPC faction turrets are, I also expected the Inactive Cyborg item to be consumed upon use.
