Create a block
-
Give it a name
-
After that create a custom item (see here)
-
Set the template for the item
-
Go to the block gui and select the item
-
Select the real block for the custom block
-
Turn on armor stand and add the ruby ore as head
-
Then, go to the item gui and select the block set template
-
Finished. Get the item with the gold nugget slot :D
