Timely Time Tracker release 3.0!

It's been a while since the latest update of Timely Time Tracker, 3.0 has been planned for the better part of last year. This version is meant to be more stable and finished than the last. The jump from 2.0 to 3.0 was chosen because with this update we intend to finalize the application, of course it will still be maintained but this is a big step from last version.

I worked a lot on the aspects of the program in this release and I changed a lot of functions and added new features to the program. Mostly just UI.

It was a long journey making this application and It is one of the best I have ever made.
