Improvements to User Experience

• Reduce annoying pop-ups when not connected to server
• Remove ClickOnce, now just download and run the .exe
• Window doesn't close when navigating away (assuming there are errors that need to be addressed)
• Much more lightweight now (but still fairly bulky at 1.54 MB)
