Overview
Adds a full Docusaurus versioned docs tree at
versioned_docs/version-26.7.1/, publishing the 26.7.1 documentation set as a frozen snapshot alongside prior versions.The new tree includes the usual Teku doc sections: concepts (architecture, P2P/QUIC, PeerDAS, slashing, withdrawals, etc.), get started (install, Mainnet/testnet, checkpoint sync, memory, migration), and how-to guides (builder/MEV, peering, monitoring, slashing protection, database migration, Web3Signer, sentry nodes, troubleshooting). Category JSON files wire up the sidebar for that version.
This is a documentation release cut for the stable label (26.7.1), not a change to the Teku client runtime.
