DataPostprocessing

Python notebook or scripts for common postprocessing of DIAD data

Environment Setup

1. Load Python:

   module load python

2. Clone this repository:

   git clone https://github.com/DIAD-beamline/DataPostprocessing
   cd DataPostprocessing
   unset SESSION_MANAGER

3. Launch Jupyter Lab:

   jupyter notebook

This will open Jupyter Lab in your default web browser. Navigate to the notebook file of interest to begin working with the datasets.
