Updates
urllib3to 2.7.0 to address https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2026-44432. However, 2.7.0 drops support for python 3.9. If this PR is to be believed, though, we are already at python 3.12 so that shouldn't be an issue and it seems safe to bump the lower python bound to 3.10. Agree/disagree?
