In order to ease the reviews of #125 and #119 I'm splitting out some small updates.

Add auth to the doRequest helper.
Add more data into the logger.
Fix injection plugin to avoid leaking into global context (conflicting variable names).
Update the bundling to allow plugins to add their own files to build through the toBuild entry in the package.json (useful for the Browser SDK injection, and later, the React integration).

- Also remove a warning that was coming from dts plugin
