Changes
Migrates ContextMessageReceiver to BusMessageReceiver, wires subscription in Trace.enable, and updates TracingWithLoggingIntegration to forward LogMessage via messageBus. Updates tests.
Refactoring rationale
ContextMessageReceiver no longer switches on FeatureMessage cases; it directly receives DatadogContext. Cross-feature log forwarding now uses the typed bus instead of the legacy FeatureMessage envelope.
