What does this PR do?
Add a note about DD_SITE env. var. in the README. Without this setting metrics are not uploaded and I can see the following log:

Motivation
I was not able to see my metrics in my
app.datadog.euaccount otherwise. I already did a similar PR yesterday for ECS Fargate DataDog/integrations-core#4675.Additional Notes
I am not sure it is realistic, but can't you autodetect the value? Otherwise as that is the second product with this issue, do you know if the same fix should be applied somewhere else?
