What does this PR do?
Including a transformer for nodes+pods to normalize tags as a stop-gap until tag equivalences are established in the backend
Motivation
Our widgets and queries rely on the
kube_nodetag key, notnode. (pod_namenotpod)Without this normalization, OTel node metrics do not align with existing Datadog queries, which causes widgets to return no data — even when
semantic:combinedis enabled.Example
This change ensures OTel resources behave consistently with existing DD metrics until a backend-level equivalence is available.
