OpenEden: update arb, eth tvl

5. Do not edit/push package-lock.json file as part of your changes, we use lockfileVersion 2, and most use v1 and using that messes up our CI

What change does this make? Shouldn't we count assets and not supply?

@waynebruce0x This change updates the logic to use totalSupply() instead of totalAssets() . The reason is that totalAssets() already multiplies totalSupply() by the tbill price, so using it would result in TVL being priced twice
