I decided to add the most used Bulgarian layouts: BDS (Bulgarian Standard) and Phonetic Traditional.
I needed to add a new button size, because we have a strange ISO. The Enter is ISO, the button next to left Shift is missing and the Shift is just a bit shorter than 2U.
