Minor updates to albany solver settings (for Greenland only) to improve convergence; update reference for default 1-to-10km init. cond. grid to newer one with improved convergence on initial time step (thickness field has iceberges removed)

@rljacob -- Sorry for the delay in responding. This is not necessary for 3.1 as full support for Greenland configurations is not part of 3.1. Thanks. |

Update yaml files (Albany solver settings) for 1-to-10km and 4-to-40km init. cond. files for improved convergence. [non-BFB] only for configurations with MALI
