/cparticle

The /cparticle command lets you create and display particle effects in the world

Usage

Usage Tree:

/cparticle
└─ <name>
   └─ <pos>
      └─ <delta>
         └─ <speed>
            └─ <count>
               ├─ normal
               └─ force

/cparticle <name> [<pos>] [<delta>] [<speed>] [<count>] [normal|force]

The /cparticle command uses the same syntax as the /particle command, but it is client-side only. For more information on how to use it, look at the /particle page on the Minecraft wiki.
