For youtube, we prefer "playlist" links and the name of the producer/creator. docs/CONTRIBUTING.md#platforms-and-access-notes

Still I have tried to implement a long YouTube url, but the YouTube itself doesn't providing this link and it is a oneshot video not a playlist @eshellman

Removes unnecessary double spaces from
free-programming-books/courses/free-courses-hi.md.Why is this valuable?
Related PR
This cleanup is a prerequisite for #12650 — “Updated Hindi Courses for AI, C, and DSA by Apna College, College Wallah, and DataFlair.”
That PR adds new verified Hindi-language programming resources but was difficult to review due to spacing changes.
After this cleanup is merged, #12650 can be simplified and resubmitted for review.
