@cdecker Hey on the bi-weekly call who to assign for which PR review came up and we found CODEOWNERS.

Looks like you're the only code owner (with honorable mentions of @ksedgwic and @devrandom).

Is adding myself to it here appropriate and is this the correct way to do it? 🙏

I think you would want to list the source code directory, eg. plugins/spender and not the binary spenderp
