and why directly rename Blinded and not make like:
/// <summary>
/// Blurs the player's screen.
/// </summary>
[Obsolete("moved to EffectType.Blindness.", true)]
Blinded
/// <summary>
/// Make the player screen darker.
/// </summary>

Description
Describe the changes
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
What is the new behavior? (if this is a feature change)
Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
Other information:
This change only make it so the effect name match the one ingame, i got told it was on purpose to avoid a breaking change, but the old effect "blinded" is now "blurred" so it would change the effect behaviour anyways.
