ci: only deploy Pages from main#3

The github-pages environment publishes from the default branch, so workflow runs triggered by pushes to feature branches always failed at the deploy step (the red X you saw). Deploys from main already succeed. Restrict the trigger to main + manual dispatch to remove the noise.
