This PR reverts the changes to add the Flagsmith-SDK-User-Agent header again.
More context
There's a bit of history here. The change was originally added in #332 , but reverted in #342 due to issues raised in #341 .
I think due to a bad merge, however, we ended up with the changes being re-added in #351 again.
We will eventually re-add this change in #344 , but that PR will now have some more merge conflicts to deal with.
