Feature Request: Spirit Visage should have another stat

a stat that increases your Health Regen by 20%

I can't close this issue yet, In version 0.0.1.12 the 20% stats WILL be applied but, I am unsure if they should be normal "Percent" increases or if this passive actually stacks on top as a multiplier.
