Seeking feedback for WIP work. This will fix #130 by running a basic display saver when no programs are running. I included a user program for my own system that runs in lieu of the default saver, using primitive physics code to simulate a bouncing ball.
also includes an unrelated fix where I needed to move around a sound asset in folk-baltimore, which I can move to a different branch if that's too messy.
