Fix RpcAgent.sendSchema to write schema file to the configured schemaPath

  • RpcAgent.sendSchema now uses this.options.schemaPath when set, falling back to .forestadmin-rpc-schema.json.
  • Polling logic is extracted into a Poller singleton in poller.ts, deduplicating intervals per URI and persisting etag state across createRpcDataSource restarts.
  • Fixes a bug in RpcCollection.executeAction where camelCasing was applied after mutating the raw response, causing the invalidated Set to be set on the wrong key.
