Add filter operator support to defineEnum generated field

The defineEnum plugin now registers filter operator replacements on the generated Enum field when the original field exposes supported operators. Filters keep the original field and operator but translate enum keys to their underlying technical values.

  • Scalar filter values map keys to underlying values; array values translate element by element and drop unknown keys; null/undefined filters forward without a value property
  • Only operators valid for both the original field and Enum columns (e.g. Equal, In, Present) are kept — operators like GreaterThan are excluded
  • No replacement is registered when the original field has no filter operators or is absent from the schema
  • Risk: unknown scalar enum keys translate to undefined in src/index.ts, which may produce unexpected filter semantics for callers passing invalid keys
